Her role encompasses the design and implementation of talent policies, the optimization of recruitment and selection processes, staff development and training, labor relations management, and ensuring regulatory compliance in human resources matters.

Sixto Pineda, Industrial Safety Manager, is a professional specialized in the design, implementation, and supervision of policies and procedures that ensure a safe work environment and comply with current regulations. His responsibilities include identifying and assessing risks, developing training programs, promoting a culture of safety, and implementing corrective measures to minimize incidents and/or accidents and keep our clients' spaces risk-free.
